Individual Therapy

Being heard by another person and listening deeply to oneself are at the core of healing and transformation. Within the safety of this space, you can explore the various facets of yourself and experience yourself as you are in each moment. From this place of self-awareness, you can make conscious choices and changes in your life.

I use both traditional talk therapy as well as experiential modalities to help you know yourself, connect with your inner resources, and integrate your life experiences. Blending understanding with a felt sense of actual experience can shift the way you see yourself, make sense of the world, and engage in your life.

Therapy or coaching? My coaching and therapy work share elements—I bring compassion and authenticity to both, and my holistic and existential-humanistic orientation is the foundation for both. Therapy is a more organic process, which leaves more space for us to explore the unknown and process the emotional world within the therapy hour.
